Perth, Feb 6: TicNote is now available in 42 markets across Europe, the Middle East and Africa after Mobvoi Inc. struck a new offline distribution partnership with ASBIS, a value-added distributor operating in more than 60 countries worldwide.
The expansion strengthens Mobvoi’s retail and reseller footprint across the EMEA region, positioning its AI voice recorder and structured note-taking device for wider uptake among business professionals, educators, students, consultants and enterprise teams.
Mobvoi said the partnership responds to a common workplace challenge: while capturing information is easy, organising it into something usable takes time.
TicNote is designed to close that gap by recording conversations, transcribing speech into text, and automatically structuring content into clear, searchable meeting notes that users can revisit across multiple conversations.
The device supports 120+ languages for recording, transcription and translation, and generates automated outputs including meeting minutes and key action points.
Users can also query past recordings through its built-in AI agent via the TicNote smartphone app or the TicNote Cloud web interface—for example, searching for decisions made across recent meetings with a specific client.
TicNote’s AI agent integrates with multiple large language models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, allowing users to choose and compare different AI reasoning styles in one workflow.
Mobvoi is positioning the product as a portable productivity tool for people who move between meetings, classrooms and client work.
Hardware-wise, TicNote is built for mobility: it weighs 29 grams, is roughly the size of a credit card, and offers up to 25 hours of continuous recording on a single charge.
It includes three high-performance MEMS microphones with AI-powered noise cancellation, provides 430+ hours of on-device storage, and supports unlimited cloud backup.
“Expanding TicNote across EMEA is a key milestone for Mobvoi,” said Fuqiang Xie, Sales Vice President at Mobvoi. “Through our partnership with ASBIS, we’re making AI-powered structured note-taking accessible to professionals and organizations at scale.
Our goal is simple: help people focus on thinking, decisions and relationships — and leave the routine work to AI.”
“We are pleased to partner with Mobvoi as this aligns closely with our vision of delivering innovative technology solutions that improve how people work and live,” said Yosef Sachs, Business Development Director at ASBIS.
“By equipping our teams with TicNote and adding Mobvoi’s AI-powered products to our portfolio, we are helping expand the adoption of practical AI tools that save time and strengthen everyday interactions.”
ASBIS will manage regional distribution and market access, aiming to accelerate availability through enterprise channels, resellers and retail networks across EMEA.
