Inno4Her 2026 Launches

Perth, Dec 17: 1337 Ventures has launched Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026, marking the return of its dedicated accelerator programme aimed at supporting FemTech innovation and women-led startups across Southeast Asia.
Announced in Kuala Lumpur, the 2026 edition builds on the success of the programme’s inaugural cohort in early 2025 and responds to growing demand for solutions that improve women’s health, wellbeing and everyday lives.
The accelerator is open to early-stage startups working in areas including fertility and reproductive health beyond tracking, menstrual and hormonal health, integrative women’s health and wellness, FemTech solutions for underserved populations, and women-led startups outside the health sector.
Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 will run as a hybrid programme, combining in-person onboarding and demo day sessions with weekly virtual mentoring and structured office hours. Participating founders will receive hands-on support while maintaining flexibility to build and scale their startups.

Startups selected for the programme will gain access to office hours with investors, operators and corporate partners such as Epic Angels and Microsoft for Startups, as well as experienced founders and domain experts. The sessions are designed to help teams refine product strategies, validate go-to-market plans, strengthen fundraising readiness, and navigate regulatory and scaling challenges.
The programme launches amid increasing global focus on FemTech and women’s health innovation. According to Ingeborg Investments’ 2025 report Investing in Healthcare’s Power Users, women are the most active and highest-spending healthcare users, yet many of their needs remain underserved. The report highlights that improving women’s health is both an equity issue and a pathway to reducing long-term healthcare costs.
“Inno4Her was created to give women founders better access to the resources, networks, and opportunities they need to succeed,” said Bikesh Lakhmichand, CEO and Founding Partner of 1337 Ventures. “Women drive the majority of healthcare decisions, yet FemTech and women-led startups continue to face funding and support gaps. Our first cohort proved there is deep talent and strong problem-solution fit in this region, and we are excited to back the next wave of founders in 2026.”
Applications for Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 are now open to startups across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asia region. The accelerator programme is scheduled to commence in January 2026.
